I reckon other councils should have a good look.

Our old mower hadn’t enough strength in it – it wasn’t good enough for the roads to tow on because it used to break the framework. The Major mows well and gives a really good cut. The high adjustment is another thing we really like about this mower. You can adjust this mower flat on the ground; it’s so easy with no hassles. Health and safety wise, this mower is nice and safe. Everything is on the ground and we don’t have to have it stuck in the air for doing maintenance. Going to a Major mower is probably the best way. I reckon other councils should have a good look.
