Shipping & Delivery Information
Delivery of parcels is by a tracked service with a courier company, usually DPD. You can track your order status with DPD here: http://www2.dpd.ie/services/quicktrack/tabid/222/default.aspx. Your consignment number will be provided on your confirmation email. If you have any difficulties, please email email@example.com. Please provide your order number, the date of purchase, your name and contact details.
We currently only ship to Ireland and the UK.
We will dispatch your order as soon as it is in stock. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and can expect the following delivery times:
Ireland and Northern Ireland: 3-5 working days.
UK (except NI): 5-7 working days
UK Mainland means England, Wales, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Scotland and excludes: (i) the Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands (ii) Guernsey, Jersey and the Isles of Scilly. We may contact you if there is an additional charge or if we are unable to ship the goods due to restriction placed upon us by carriers.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt for a refund (excluding delivery costs). To return a product, please complete this form. Please put RETURNS in the subject line and provide your order number, the date of purchase, your name and contact details, the product you wish to return and the reason.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. Items should be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging, together with a valid receipt or other proof of purchase.
In the unlikely event that your package goes missing and cannot be confirmed as having been signed for we will arrange to either resend the goods or refund your payment. Please note that if the original delivery is made subsequently, it must be returned to us or you will be charged twice.
Damage in Transit
Damage in transit: If the goods are visibly damaged upon delivery, you can refuse to take delivery. If upon opening the delivery the purchased product is damaged please repackage the goods for collection. The goods must remain in an unused condition. Please contact us (a photo of the damage may be useful) and we will cover the cost of collection.
Online Payment Processing
Major Equipment Intl Ltd. accepts online payments via credit card or debit card. All payments sent electronically shall be securely transmitted using Stripe Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) technology. The card processor then issues Major Equipment Intl Ltd., with a payment confirmation. We do not have access to your card details. Orders will be processed upon verification that payment has been received.
Prices are displayed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Prices displayed do not include delivery costs. For delivery information please refer to the Shipping & Delivery section.
Although reasonable steps are taken to ensure that the content is accurate at the time of inclusion, the company accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions it may contain. The company reserves the right to make changes and corrections to this site at any time, without notice. There may be a very slight difference between the colour of the garment and the colour which is shown on screen. Colours may differ slightly when printing, but we always do our best to match it as accurately as possible.
