We have hundreds of machines working throughout the world. Email or call us and we can arrange a visit to one of our customers. You can also contact your local dealer for a machine demonstration. I need spare parts for my MAJOR machine.
Most dealers will have a spare parts stock. Visit the Find a Dealer section of our website to locate your nearest MAJOR stockist. If the item you require is not available from your local dealer please give us a call.
Can I buy direct from MAJOR?
In general MAJOR products are for purchase from our dealer network. However, if the product you require is a custom designed machine, contact one of our product specialists for more information.
How long is the warranty on MAJOR machines?
MAJOR machines are guaranteed for twelve months (except log splitters and saws where warranty is 6 months). Some of our Groundcare products have a 3-year Warranty. No warranty is given where the machine is being used as a hire machine. Warranty is against faulty workmanship or parts, with the exception of components not of MAJOR’S manufacture or design, i.e. hydraulic components, universally jointed shafts, chains and tyres, etc., which are subject to the original manufacturers conditions.
All machines must be registered to guarantee the full warranty period. To register your machine, please go to the Register your Machine page and enter your details in full.
Can I buy a second hand machine from MAJOR?
We do not offer second-hand machinery. Some dealers do have used machinery on site for sale. Please contact your local dealer directly for more information.
Can I hire a machine from MAJOR?
We don’t have machines for hire. However, we have details of companies that have MAJOR tankers for hire. Please submit your query on our website and we will do our best to help you.
