The National Ploughing Championships is to return to Screggan, Tullamore, Co Offaly for the third year in a row, the NPA has confirmed this week.

The 2017 Ploughing Championships attracted a record turn out of 291,000 visitors over the three day event.

It was our busiest Ploughing Championships too with the launch of three new models of Cyclone Mower – the 2.8m, 4.2m and 5.6m.  There are now seven models in the range from 2.0m right up to 5.6m.

We also welcomed a group of international buyers from the USA including representatives from Stotz Equipment and Riesterer & Schnell.  It was interesting to hear about the US agricultural industry and the challenges they face.
