Grant Aid under the Organic Capital Investment Scheme

The Organic Farming Scheme is designed to support organic farmers. Under the CAP funded scheme, a farmer receives per hectare payments as well as participation payment to cover additional administrative costs annually.The Organic Farming Scheme now open to new applications. New applicants submitting their applications before the 9th December 2022 deadline can choose to begin their conversion from 01 January 2023.

 

Applicants must register with the Irish Organic Association, who can assist with application process and registration to the DFAM as an organic operator.

The Organic Capital Investment Scheme (OCIS) provides financial aid to organic farmers. Up to 50% grant aid on key equipment under TAMS II.
