COVID-19 Update

Customer Update – COVID-19
March 30th 2020

On Saturday 28th March, the guidelines published by the Irish Government have clarified that agricultural machinery manufacturing companies such as ourselves are critical to the agriculture & food supply chain. As such, we are expected to keep the factory operational during this new wave of restrictions, and essential employees only have permission to travel from and to home for this work. Teams who are ensuring that production continues are guaranteeing that all of the necessary social distancing measures are adhered to, to protect them and their colleagues.

From Monday March 30th (until further notice) the following will apply:

Machinery Deliveries:
We will focus on those orders that are imminent for delivery and are expected by customers in the short-term.

Spare Parts:
Ireland Retail Spares: Our shop in Ballyhaunis is now closed to the public but remains operational. Please phone the main number 094 9630572, option 1 for retail spare parts and we will assist you. You can collect your parts from a designated area marked at the front of our premises, or your parts can be delivered by courier. Please respect that payment is now CARD PAYMENT ONLY.

Ireland Dealer Spares: Our dealer spares department is closed to the public but remains operational. Where possible please EMAIL your order in to Martin Conroy mconroy@major-equipment.com. Or call 094 9630572, option 2 for queries.
