My Inner Strenx® is a programme organised by premium steel producer SSAB (Nasdaq Stockholm: SSAB-A) for manufacturers who possess the drive to make the best possible products using Strenx® steel. It’s also a way for operators and end users to identify producers and products made with superior steel and quality-controlled production techniques for their demanding applications.
Hardox® wear plate is the world’s leading abrasion-resistant (AR) steel, produced by SSAB in Sweden. The company also produce Strenx® performance steel which makes products stronger, lighter, safer, more competitive and more sustainable. It’s called performance steel, because it adds performance beyond ordinary structural steel.
Major Equipment Intl Ltd has successfully gained membership into the global My Inner Strenx® certification programme. This qualification highlights Major Equipment’s expertise and innovation in using high-strength Strenx® performance steel and manufactured according to SSAB-certified design and material specifications in its machinery. Major Equipment is the first Irish machinery brand to obtain this qualification.

Under the My Inner Strenx® programme, a special product logo is placed on every machine manufactured under a strict set of criteria. These product stickers carry a serial number for traceability, which can be verified on ssab.com.
