There are two models in the MAJOR range of Flail Collectors - the MT20 and the MJ2000.

MAJOR MJ2000 FLAIL MOWER WITH GRASS COLLECTOR

The MAJOR 2000 Trailed Flail Catcher, boasts a 3 cubic metre capacity hopper with a 2.0m (6’6”) tipping height. The 2.0m cutting head has a minimum cutting height of 12mm (1/2”) and floats independently of the body. The cutting head lifts for transport & locks in position offering a 250mm (10”) ground clearance while running on 300x65x12ply tyres.

The 2.2m tipping height ensures collected material drops into any trailer. Blade changing and other cutting head maintenance is extremely easy to facilitate with the maintenance locking arm and 3 cubic metre hopper in tipped position and the hydraulic powered chute pulls forward. Robustly constructed throughout, this machine required a minimum of 50hp and is engineered to withstand the rigours of continuous use.

MAJOR MT20 155 FLAIL MOWER WITH GRASS COLLECTOR

The MAJOR MT20 Flail Mower with Collector is ideal machine for maintaining paddocks, large lawns, ornamental gardens, orchards, parks and sports fields.

The units are three point linkage mounted (Category I) and have jockey wheels at the front and a full length roller at the rear which both control the cutting height.
