This is not a problem. Most operator manuals are available for download from the “Support” section of our website. However, if your manual is not there, please email info@major-equipment.com and we will post one out to you.

I would like to see a MAJOR machine working

We have hundreds of machines working throughout Ireland, UK and Europe. Email or call us and we can arrange a visit to one of our customers. You can also call to visit us at one of the many trade shows that we will be attending this year.

I need spare parts for my MAJOR machine

Visit the “Dealer” section of our website to local your local MAJOR stockist. Most dealers will have a spare parts stock. If the item you require is not available from your local dealer please give us a call.

Can I buy direct from MAJOR

In general MAJOR products are for purchase from our dealer network. However, if the product you require is a custom designed machine, then we will deal direct with the end user.

How long is the warranty on MAJOR machines

All MAJOR machines are guaranteed for twelve months (except log splitters and saws where warranty is 6 months.) No warranty is given where the machine is being used as a hire machine. Warranty is against faulty workmanship or parts, with the exception of components not of MAJOR’S manufacture or design, i.e. hydraulic components, universally jointed shafts, chains and tyres, etc., which are subject to the original manufacturers conditions.

All machines must be registered to guarantee the full warranty period. To register your machine, please go to the support section of our website and enter your details.

Can I buy a second hand machine from MAJOR

Yes. From time to time we have ex-demo and trade in machine for sale. A full list is available from the website. Click on the “Machines for Sale” tabs for a current list.

Can I hire a machine from MAJOR

We don’t have machines for hire. However, we have details of companies that have MAJOR tankers for hire. Please email us with your location and requirements are we will do our best to help you.

I live locally, can I come and look at a machine you have in stock

Yes by all means. Please call us before hand with the machine you would like to see, to ensure that we have stock available.
